Jay is a third-generation Hill County resident who was born and raised in Hillsboro, Texas, and graduated from Hillsboro High School. Following graduation, he proudly served five years in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer during the first Gulf War. Today, both Jay and Nancy continue their commitment to public service through their careers with the Department of Veterans Affairs while helping clients achieve their homeownership and investment goals.
